Theory: Too Much Juice

At the end of last semester we discussed the notion there’s such a thing as too much 
“juice” in a video game. The example was a game where the visual feedback was confusing.

It can also be just plain excessive:

The important elements there are the red cubes. Too bad they’re nigh-impossible even to see, much less to pay attention to!
